This is Monster Kart, a 2025 arcade kart racing game developed by UNIS. The game includes four courses and six characters, all with their own performance stats. Gameplay is your standard kart racer with drifting to boost and includes power-up items to use against the five other AI opponents you race with on track. The AI opponents will use the power-ups to so every race won't be the same.
