您知道房贷里有多少是本金多少是利息吗？ 您知道25年的房贷，还完贷款您一共还了多少钱的利息吗？ 70万的物业，35%的首付，5年固定利率，利息按2%来计算，25年还清。5年之后，您的利息还了4万1，本金还了7万4 如果按照3年的固定利率，利息还是按照2%来计算，也是25年还清。3年之后，您的利息还了2万6，本金还了4万3 那么25年全部还完贷款您的利息总共是多少呢？请看这个表。 假设25年的利息不变，永远都是2%，您还清贷款的时候一共还了12.3万的利息， 70万的房子，35%的首付，银行借了65%，也就是45.5万，还利息就要12.3万，太亏了吧？ 别着急，还有呢？ 刚刚是按照现在的利率来计算的，目前的利率是最近几年最低的时候。 如果按照2018年2019年当时的利率2.69%来计算。 利息是16.9万。5年固定利率，还款本金是6.8万，利息是5.6万。 利息跟本金相差也不多了。 如果按照更早的3.5%的利率来计算， 25年内您还的利息就要22.6万了。 借了45.5万，还利息22.6万，怎么算都不是一个合算的买卖。对吧？ 怎么样？没想到吧，利息居然这么高？ 大家好，我是一飞，今天咱们来聊聊，利息这么多，贷款我该还清吗？ Yifei shows you about the Niagara Region Real Estate!
