Not too hard. Plenty of cover around the level and tons of Q Spiders if you need. At the start when you're rappelling down make sure to align yourself like I do so you can pretty much just hold forward and avoid all the lasers and rockets. You'll have to stop a moment when the second grid activates but that's it. After that you just have to deal with the enemies while taking cover.
