Dragon Warrior IV - Slaying the Ruler of Evil: Esturk

I want to start off by saying that Dragon Warrior IV is property of Square Enix, and I do not claim any ownership of this game. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, I was pretty happy with this battle. I won on my first attempt, which was good, but I think I got into too many high profile battles, because I acquired too much experience and was a higher level then I would have liked to have been. Not too many huge issues. I got kind of lucky with the sleep/awake strategy to keep him from causing too much harm. I wasn't sure how that stopped his Eerie Lights from working so much... I don't know if I liked him asleep or awake more. Probably awake, since he didn't always attack everyone, and Cristo was being good about casting increase. He learned pretty quick that beat won't work, which was good. I could have done with Nara attacking some more, but of course, it worked out in the end. Brey was the true champ at the end there, beefing everyone up like a true champ. I have to say though, I got lucky when I accidentally cast awake. I forgot it wasn't a target spell, because at that point I just wanted Esturk to be awake. I also don't know why I didn't remember to use the Sword of Decimation sooner. Anyway, it was a pretty successful battle. Decent experience that I wish I would have missed out on, but maybe with some careful management I can keep my hero around level 30 for Necrosaro.
