What is their doctrine? Shaykh al-Fawzân: Their doctrine is grave-worship and associating partners with Allah (Shirk billâh'azza wa jall). He is a grave-worshiper, and refuge is sought with Allâh, and a Sûfî. al-Lajnah ad-Dâ'imah did a clarification in which they refute this deviant sect and clarify its methodology. There is a doctor's dissertation, in two volumes, about the Ahbâsh-sect and its methodology. A Syrian brother by the name 'Abdur-Rahmân Dimashqiyyah has likewise written a book about the Ahbâsh-sect. Greater and smaller books have thusly been written about them. In conclusion, they are a Sûfî-sect that engages in Shirk and grave-worship.
