In today’s Facebook Live, I share a quiet, honest moment — sitting outside with my cup of tea, slowing down, and surrendering in prayer to God. From this simple daily practice, I talk about how surrender becomes a lifestyle and how God begins to show up in every part of our lives when we make space. Monday through Friday I host events where I simply love on people and hold space for connection, healing, and growth. I may not always call it “connecting with God,” but that’s exactly what happens — through one-on-one calls, group support, meditation, yoga, and especially through birth work. Because birth is a raw, powerful, and sometimes gnarly journey, it often becomes a sacred doorway where women reconnect with themselves and discover God in a deeply personal way. My work is rooted in the Bible while also embracing meditation, movement, and presence. I share how learning to recognize the God that lives within us changes everything — how powerful God is, how present God is, and how each of us can begin to tap into that power in our own lives. This video is an invitation to slow down, surrender, and begin noticing God in the everyday — in breath, in community, in nature, in birth, and in the small sacred moments we often overlook.
