Mud crabs and blue swimming crabs are quite popular among others... This dish something i grew up eating so many memories are attached to this recipe....I tried to replicate my moms recipe as authentic as possible. Crab curry is best served with steamed rice.. Ingredients Crab Curry 1) 500gms Crabs 2) 5-6 Fresh Prawns chopped(optional) 3) 1.4 + 1.4tsp tsp Turmeric 4) 1 Cup Fresh Coconut 5) 3-4 Dry Byadgi Red Chilies 6) Small piece of Tamarind 5) 3-4 small dry chilies 6) 1/2 tsp Turmeric 7) 3-4 tbsp Cooking Oil 8) 2 tsp Coriander seeds 9) 2 Onions Chopped 10) 1 spring curry leaf 11) Salt to taste note: Spices can be increased depending on preference. Quantity of water can be increased or reduced depending on the consistency one like. Seafood takes very less time to cook so be careful
