IVA is designed for use in the production where transport packaging was done by hand, with scotch tape adhesive. Hot melt adhesive means improvements: Perfect case forming and aesthetic structural integrity in the transport and storage Seal quality and complete product protection Maintaining adhesion properties in cold, hot or humid conditions Requires fewer employees to run faster line speeds Cost reduction and solid adhesive requires less storage space than tape rolls Gluing all flaps, not only two outer flaps, and it is hidden (complete surface is free for printing logo, brand name or product data) For increasing of the packaging speed, we recommend incoming conveyor. Operators, after loading the case, put it on the conveyor and continuously deliver them in the IVA machine. For the exchanging of the case format, machine is equipped with handles and it takes a few minutes. When your product comes to the customer in perfect formed case, it gives impression on high quality of the product inside.
