The DB 18 UP Ultrasonic Sensors from Leuze Electronic are intended to be paired with their VDB 12 B analysis amplifier, to provide you with an all-in-one Double Sheet Testing Unit. These ultrasonic sensors help monitor incoming paper sheets and can detect and signal double sheets during sheet feeder operations. You can reliably detect paper, plastic, and metal foils with these sensors, and they have a measurement detection range of 20g/m2 (airmail paper) to 1200g/m2 (homogeneous cardboard). With metallic housing and an end sensing type, the DB 18 UP Ultrasonic have M8 connectors, allowing for simple and fast connections to the VDB 12 B analysis amplifier.
