DK Spencer tests the P2P Core Defense rounds which are steel core pepper ball type less lethal ammo designed for impact and chemical irritant effect in the Mercury Rise IntruBuster, the same pistol as the Defense Innovation X-68. A CO2 powered Less Lethal Launcher shooting at about 50 Joules of energy. The rounds blew up coming out of the barrel with zero effect, being right in the cloud of chemical smoke both shots. Neither could handle the power of the X-68. The original plan was to test them, impact wise, against a Grimburg Jul V3 solid round. Since they did not hold up to the power of the launcher, he decided to try out the new Grimburg Fireballs irritant projectiles also designed to have a kinetic impact weighing 6gm as well as OC and Pava irritants in them. Grimburg boasts the use of high quality ingredients and the rounds are manufactured by Duke, one of the biggest and most trusted names in the field. They did not disappoint.
