I have a little hump right here on my nose that I really don't like it bothers me so a close Scarless nose rhinoplasty will take anywhere between one to two hours step 1 injecting local anesthesia step 2 we're now making incision along the caudal edge of the septum step 3 removing the crooked pieces of septum now step 4 we're now making an inter cartilaginous incision step 5 skeleton eyes and carve the cartilaginous profile the nose step 6 we're now using a sharp maltz rasp to rasp down the bony profile of the nose step 7 carving the piece of cartilage that we previously removed from your septoplasty into what we call spreader grafts step 8 placing the spreader grafts through pockets that we previously dissected step 9 final assessment of the profile step 10 we're now performing osteotomies step 11 closing all the incisions from inside the nose step 12 we're now taping down the nose as tight as possible step 13 we're now placing the cast on the nose.
