A rather interesting allocation on the 56 came in the form of one of the last remaining ex-London Optare Olympus vehicles, which have rarely been operated out of Sunderland. Currently on-loan due to vehicle shortages, this is likely to be it's last few days in service, following the arrival of many new vehicles into the fleet, that have since entered service, therefore allowing older vehicles to be retired or cascaded around the fleet. There was a good few attempts by the driver to keep this to time, although unfortunately due to this being a rather busy trip, resulted in stopping at nearly every stop along the route. However, was still a good run nevertheless...
