Day 313 Throat INTELLIGENCE - TZe - I Am the Voice's Energy Sit comfortable, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathings. I take a deep breath becoming aware of my entire body. As I breath deep and acknowledge my entire body from my feet to my head, I start to see in front of me a reflection of my own body staring at me. I breathe and watch it straight into its eyes. I extend my hands in front of me, putting them on the knees, relaxed, on your lap, willing to feel with your hands facing up, the hands of your reflection that softly start to come upon yours, feeling the heat, the energy that connects you with your reflection. As I close my eyes, keeping closed, I start to touch the hands of my reflection, I start to feel the beat on the hands. Try to think about what are you giving to this reflection, and what are you receiving from this reflection. What is it giving to you. And I recognise that I am receiving the gift from my reflection which is intelligence, intelligence that allows me to connect from the outside to within. I receive this gift. I recognise it. I resound on receiving it. TZe…TZe…TZe… I can recognise now that in my own unique way, I am intelligent. And that intelligent is in my voice. I am the energy in the voice. I am the energy in the voice. I am the energy in the voice. And because I am intelligent, I think, I think, I think. I honour my reflection for giving me this recognisant. Smile. And I set the intention to live this intelligence in service to the world. Take a deep breath and I start to stretch the body, to yawn. Coming back here and now.
