This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow. Part 6 of the On & Off the Mat Series where we explore how to integrate some of the more philosophical aspects of yoga's teachings. In this class, we explore the concept of Anandamaya Kosha - the bliss body. A joy filled class that prompts you to recollect the things that bring you joy and to create the conditions for experiencing this bliss more often. A meditative flow that includes some explanation at the start, a visualisation, then less chat, time to merge with your breath and flow, concluding with a guided shavasana. It's a deeply nourishing, flowing class. If you like practising with props, you might like to have a belt, block and blanket but these are not essential.
