I've been a huge fan of Bobby Darin from Japan since when I was an elementary school student. I remember the day that I found his version of "Beyond the Sea" (maybe 1972 years television live version) video at the library and I was so impressed even I couldn't understand English at that time. I remember his feeling and presentation in his songs that I was deeply touched. I could feel he was such a storyteller. Now I've sung some U.S songs for fun, especially classic oldies songs and he is still my hero. This song is one of his songs that I listened to for the first time at the library.
