Ingredients 600 grams cabbage 300 grams pork belly 3 cloves garlic ( minced ) 1 medium onion ( sliced ) 1 tablespoon oyster sauce ½ cup water 1 small carrot ( julienned ) Fish sauce to taste Pepper to taste 1 small red bell pepper ( julienned ) Steps: Use half a cabbage, remove the core, then sliced into chunks. Give it a good wash and set aside. Cut the pork belly into smaller pieces and saute at high heat till these turn light brown and the fats have rendered. Add in the garlic and onions, cook until aromatic before pouring in the oyster sauce and water. Give these a good mix before covering and letting this simmer for 10 – 15 minutes or till pork is tender. Add in carrots and cook until tender. Season with pepper, fish sauce, and some bell peppers. Mix well before adding in the chopped cabbage. Saute till the cabbage wilts. Serve while hot.
