IMPROVE your Photography skills - just look for this...

All great Landscape Photographs need a healthy dose of contrast to help grab and keep the viewer's attention. Colour contrast is often easily found but not always understood. Why a photograph needs contrast when our normal vision dosen't (well, not as much) needs to be appreciated and it's one of the reasons many photographs fall short of the mark. Improving your photographic eye is as much about learning composition as it is about finding contrasts and all the other elements that make a great Landscape Photograph. Nobody is immune from muffing it up either. The greats of YouTube Photo channels like Thomas Heaton and Nigel Danson are as guilty as the rest of us when it comes to shots that miss the target but the difference is often their understanding and analysis of why a landscape shot isn't great.
