This video is a relaxed “day in the life” style clip that starts with me driving to my nail appointment, where I talk about how my experience with food noise has changed recently. I chat honestly about the positives and negatives. On the one hand it’s helped me naturally lean more towards intermittent fasting, but on the other hand there are moments where I feel a bit jittery when I realise I probably need to eat. After that I make a quick stop at Aldi to grab something to eat and share a short food haul. There’s also a funny moment when I open a pack of eggs and immediately notice the smell, definitely not the most pleasant surprise! Once I’m back home, I make what I can only describe as “orange fluff,” which is a quick, light snack for after our evening meal and then I show a few different tubs of clear protein that I’ve been enjoying lately and talk briefly about them.
