My RICE PUDDING turned out so delicious 🍚😋 (my way) Here are the ingredients and how I make it. INGREDIENTS 150g round rice 1.500l milk 500ml water 200g sugar 25g cornstarch Cinnamon stick Lemon rind A pinch of salt Ground cinnamon PREPARATION I put a saucepan of water on the heat, add the rice, and let it cook for 10 minutes until it's dry without water, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, I put another saucepan with the milk, cinnamon, and lemon rind over low heat. (Reserving a little milk to dissolve the cornstarch). Once the rice is semi-cooked and drained of water, add it to the milk, always over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Let it boil for 15 minutes, then add the sugar and a pinch of salt and stir for another 5 minutes. After the time is up, remove the cinnamon and lemon and add the cornstarch dissolved in a little milk. Stir continuously for another 2 minutes, turn off the heat, let it sit for 5 minutes, and serve! Garnish to taste and sprinkle with ground cinnamon! DELICIOUS AND SUPER CREAMY! Try it like this and let me know! 😋😋
