With the extra challenges of not fleeing, losing or restarting any fight. I really love how the hostility of this Battle Arena plays into what Anna does best, inflicting status effects. You are not meant to win this in a traditional way, you are suppose to use status at their fullest in order to success. The general strategy is use Defend at the start of the battle in order to set up your buffs in most of the battles, Anna's weakness is that she doesn't have a reliable way of buffing her attack so you are stuck with base damage for a lot of battles, however this will not be a hinderance for the most part. Fallens Obscene wave. Like I seriously can't understand why this one is like this. The Fallens are very dangerous by themselves due to the sheer damage they can do as well as overall bulkiness, this effectively means that killing them by an orthodox way is really difficult, which is way I use the Pope Hat to scare them after I hit them with the Hidden Power, this is way easier to say than do though. The Fallens can easily kill me even through an Auto-Revive so I need a lot of luck with the attacks missing in order to win, hence why I do this wave first. I honestly think that I have less than 50% winrate in this fight, it is that difficult. Slimes The only reason to do this wave at the start is because of what you can see in the video, Hungry, the Big Chocolate Slime is able to inflict that and you are most likely death if that happens, I got really lucky in this fight given that I got a Zombie Hand to help me, but I would have lost this one if that didn't happen. By the way the strat is to use Arrow Rain in order to inflict Doom and then just wait a couple of turns for the Slimes to die. Viking Monolith Not a big problem but this fight shows the flaw of Anna of not having a good way of increasing her attack. You can switch equipment and Defend in order to do so but the problem is that you are left vulnerable while doing it, and Anna doesn't have good defenses so she can be killed easily in the process. Nevertheless, this fight is all about waiting for the moment of when to strike, again, don't rush it and you will win. Wraiths The exact strat used against the Fallens is the one I use here, the difference is that the Wraiths can't kill you as easy as the other abominations. You also need to use the Pope Hat in order to inflict Berserk because otherwise the Master Wraiths can inflict that same status to you, and that is basically a death sentence. Bears The strategy is to inflict Virus and then stall in order to win. Attacking the Bears is very risky due to their gimmick of getting Berserk (and getting an attack buff as well) when hit with a powerful attack, normally you can play around this by attacking with another character to remove it, but you are alone here, so that is not viable. Mirrors Using Mother Earth takes care of this wave, the passive damage is also very good since it allows you to play defensively. You only need to make sure to have Bio resistance to counter the reflection damage of the mirrors and also make sure to not do the attack if the Ninja Cats have Morale, otherwise they will survive and kill you. Dolls Not problematic whatsoever. Using passive damage (Burn in other words) to deal with the Anna Doll is recommended. Ancient Monolith Funny how the problem here is not the Monolith, but rather the goddamn bushes. They are able to lower both of your defenses each turn so they need to be killed as soon as possible, using Mother Earth is good for this. The Monolith can be killed afterwards without much problem. Creeps, Slimes & Boulder Using Mother Earth is again the way to go. Poison damage will kill the Creeps and the Boulder can be disposed of easily after that, at this point you need to play very safe because you really don't want to lose the run at this moment. Sea Dragon Very straightforward, use Electric attacks to kill it and eventually you win. This one was difficult but very rewarding to complete, so I am looking forward for the remaining ones.
