I want to focus on focusing. Because, what you focus on is what you are going to get. Just rambling about Focus, goals, and what to do with life. Focusing on, actually it is a funny play on words. Another way of speaking about focus is, what is it that you are thinking about? What, words, emotions, feelings? What are you doing with your body right now? Those are the three things that are going to determine the state you are in. They are a determination as well as an indication of the state you are in. So it works both ways. The state you are in, reflects itself in the way your body moves and in the thoughts that you are producing in your head or carrying out or repeating in yourself. But there is a part of you that can cut into that process and turn it around and direct it in a way that it is important for you. And that direction is always going to be connected to the goal you have set or... if you haven"t set any goal, that"s where you are going as well. You just ... It feels like you"re... ah like a... I like using the metaphor of a leaf in the wind, right. It"s just flying away, wherever the wind takes you. That leaf has no power over the wind. And... but in reality you are going to the land of Nowhere. There is absolutely... and you now that, deep down, and that is going to come back and hunt you and it hunts you in the way terrible feelings, feeling down and depressed. So, and that again is going to do, be reflected or shown in the thoughts that you are producing in your head, those thoughts are going to produce an emotion, that emotion is going to be reflected in to a body... posture. That again is going to re/influence those thoughts All this is conditioned in your neurons, in your head, in your soul, in who you are, and to the definition of who and how you feel and to... every moment, every second. So, if you are not in control consciously you have given up control and you're putting it on automatic pilot and the destination you have given to the automatic pilot, although you think you haven't, is, again, to the land of Nowhere, and feeling down and unhappy. So, that"s when it is just an indication, but again you can just turn on the... readjust the automatic pilot. Give it that new course and send it up to where you want to be. Where do you want to be is always a question of people not knowing or repeating to themselves, telling themselves: "I don't know what it is that I want to do. I don't know, what am I supposed to be doing, What if I am doing something wrong? etc, etc" All those questions are the wrong questions for you, in order to get the right answer. The right question is, What should I be doing? I don't know what the right question is. That's a good question. The right question should be, when I think about it, How can I find out what I want to do? And actually, there is... That is a tricky question. What is the right question to find out what it is that you want to do? There is no question. I don't think there is a question. I think there is an assertion. You have go to be, you have to practice or it is a good idea to practice listening to your self. There is a broadcasting deep inside of you, telling you what it is that you want, and you know what it is that you want. You keep doing it. It is most... I am willing to bet, that in most cases, it is the thing that you did so innocently as a kid that annoyed your parents, and they told you, or the adults around you, and told you: Knock it of" What ever that was, that's what you should be doing with your life. That's your passion. That's what came out... That's what you came to this earth to do. And that should be an indicator of in what direction you should be setting your goals in life. Now, this came out, just out of rambling. It took me somewhere, actually very interesting, and I appreciate that to my self. And now I'm gonna stop this video.
