Goku Versus Prevision: Ep. 1 - Angelic Goku

The first prequel episode to "Goku Versus" is here! "Goku Versus: Prevision" will tell the story of three random Gokus before and during the events of "Goku Versus". In this Act you will follow the short story of Angelic Goku. A Saiyan from another universe who has battled numerous demons in his life. After getting teleported to an unknown universe, can this version of Goku match up against the other powerful Gokus? MY COMMENTS Well, this was a nice warm up back into After Effects. The hardest part for me was implementing scenes from "Goku Versus" simply because I had to import in that entire project and it slowed down my computer. I knew from the start that I wanted to have one scene from "Goku Versus" that intertwined with this animation. So I think that turned out awesome! I also tried to throw in hints of other battles that were going on. Like the Evil Gokus battle against the black Goku or the female Goku against Kakarot. Both those fights can be seen in "Goku Versus" so that was another plus. Experimented around with random zooms. I think they came out okay, don't think they harmed the animation itself. I could have made this animation longer, however I didn't want to spend too much time on it. After all I still have two more short animations to do on top of GVEG4. So I think having a cliffhanger and encouraging you to watch "Goku Versus" again or for the first time was a good move. Overall this took me about 5 days to complete and I think it turned out alright considering that I lost all my AE powers. Now I'm starting to power back up in to AE mode so put chur game face on yo, it's After Effects time! As always let me know what you think in the comments below!
