The 2023 Dodge Hornet R/T Plus PHEV (Plug-in electric vehicle) is a muscle bound small SUV with a plug. The all new small SUV is based on the Alfa Romeo Tonale. It offers two turbocharged engines, with the upgrade being a plug-in hybrid engine option. Dodge calls the Hornet its first compact crossover SUV.
