Before opening the casing, I’ll walk you through the full preparation process: – How to identify each crankcase bolt and understand their placement – How to check for hidden bolts that often stop the casing from opening – The correct way to support the engine so nothing gets damaged – How to split the crankcase safely without any damage Once the crankcase opens, I take out each component one by one: 🔧 Lift out the crankshaft (this one needs a full overhaul) 🔧 Remove the kickshaft assembly 🔧 Extract the gearbox set 🔧 Clear both sides of the engine chamber — bearings, bushes, and oil seals Every step is shown with clear angles, close-up views, and crisp audio so anyone restoring a Hero CD100, Splendor, or Passion engine can follow it easily.
