This is a picture how to install Ricor Intiminators on a 1st generation KLR650. If you've wrenched on a bike before it actually very easy. The most you have have to get into the fork is removal of the springs and changing the fluid. No disassembley of the lower components are required, just drop the valve in and reassemble the fork. The tools you'll need (also in the video) are: A full metric set of sockets and wrenches in sizes: 10mm, 12mm, 17mm, 19mm, and 22mm. Pliers -Extensions Torque Wrench Small Pry Bar Fork Oil Level Tool You'll need 2 quarts of 5w fork oil and a oil pan to drain your old fluid into.
