This comes as the country's High Court recorded a total of 111 divorce cases today, with the Windhoek division recording 67, and the Oshakati division recording 44 divorce matters on the roll. Despite this rise, Namibia remains on the lower end of divorce rates when compared to neighbouring South Africa at 2.1 per 1,000 population and Zimbabwe at 0.07 per 1,000 people.
