5 Best School Districts In Philadelpia Area | Best Schools in Philadelphia

As a real estate agent, one of the most common questions I get asked by my buyer clients is “where are the best places to live to send my kids to school?” When it comes to somewhere that you plan to live then obviously the safety of the area and the schooling will be the two most important factors for you to consider for your children. If you guys watched my previous video of the Pros and Cons of living Philadelphia, you’ll know that I said that the school system is a con. The inner city schools of Philly aren’t great unfortunately. However, I went ahead and did a lot of research to find a good list of school districts around the Philadelphia area. My Top 5 School Districts: Radnor Township in Wayne, PA Tredyffrin-Easttown School District in Wayne, PA Lower Merion School School district of Upper Dublin Wissahickon School district If you watch the video you’ll see that I also include the median home sold prices in those areas which are fairly high. But since most of those areas area near the Philadelphia area and not necessarily in Philly, I also made a list of the best schools (from my research) that are actually in Philadelphia. Here’s what I found (in no particular order)… 1. Academy at Palumbo 2. Bodine 3. Carver (Engineering & Science) 4. Central 5.
