Manual Transmission Fluid Capacity: 3.2 quarts of GL4 MT-90 (or equivalent) fluid. Transfer Case Capacity: 1.7 quarts of GL4 MT-90 (or equivalent) fluid. One thing to keep in mind when doing this job is that to change the washers with new crush washers, and to keep in mind that it will take 15-20 mins to actually fill up the fluids (I only show the first and last fill). Always fill until fluid steadily drains out of the fill hole rather than relying on capacities and measurements!
