What is a Normal Caseload for Therapists?

Every therapist has a caseload-a number of clients they see each week and a roster of current clients. What that caseload looks like will differ based on where you work, who you work with, and what your working hours are. It can be difficult to identify what a “normal” caseload is because the answer truly is “it depends.” In this week’s episode, I discuss how caseload expectations changed based on different settings and share specific requirements I had in settings I have worked in throughout my career. I share how you can manage your caseload with your admin time and identify signs of burnout to prevent your workload from being too high. Watch it now and subscribe above! ************************************************************** Welcome to The Keys to Therapy!
