Starting center Jarrett Allen continues to deal with tendonitis in his right knee and will miss Cleveland’s upcoming three-game road trip, which begins on Tuesday in Milwaukee, the Cavaliers announced in a press release (Twitter link). Allen suffered the injury in the second half of Cleveland’s win over Detroit on March 3. The 27-year-old big man, who has been sidelined for the past five games, will continue his treatment and rehabilitation program, per the team. Allen is a critical member of the Cavs, averaging 15.3 points and 8.5 rebounds in 27.5 minutes per game so far this season.
