BREATH | Guided Hyperventilation Breathing & Voluntary Breath Retention With Dr Cuan Wayne Coetzee

Breathwork | Breath Work | Breath-work . A guided breath work class developed for Dr Cuan's patients. Inspired by ‪@wimhof1‬ and ‪@hubermanlab‬ , their content , not my discovery. Oxygen deprivation opens windows to neural re-education: the most powerful way to make long term health changes. Also, one of the fundamentals to Anti-aging. Before you start any video on my page, please get permission from your primary health care practitioner or GP. Don’t do this breathing exercise in a situation where it might be dangerous to pass out. Never do the breathing exercises in a water pool, before going into water, in the shower /. bath or driving any vehicle. Do not perform without proper supervision. Always practice in a safe environment. Sitting or lying on a couch or bed is best. Keep in mind to do the exercises without forcing them, gradually build up and don't exceed your limits. Listen to your body and do not push to failure. Note that ear ringing or ear symptoms may appear as a result of pushing too hard during the breathing exercise. If this happens, take a few steps back in your future breathing training. It is important to increase slowly, not forcefully. Best to start on an empty stomach. Although this is not essential. Most importantly, enjoy this and have fun. You will build confidence in your ability to push your personal limits in the process. Please get permission from your medical doctor before starting any of these exercises.
