Standard Glass Lining IPO: Price Band For Rs 600-Crore Issue Announced | NDTV Profit

Standard Glass Lining Technology Ltd. will launch its initial public offering on Jan. 6 at a price band of Rs 133-140 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of 107 equity shares and in its multiples thereafter. The IPO worth Rs 600 crore comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to Rs 250 crore and an offer-for-sale of 1.84 crore shares aggregating up to Rs 350 crore.
