Who Guides to the Truth?

Allah alone grants guidance. He created the universe, provides every form of sustenance — including spiritual guidance. Many verses affirm this: “Indeed, you do not guide whom you love, but Allah guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the guided.” (Al Qasas 28:56) “It is not upon you to guide them, but Allah guides whom He wills.” (Al Baqarah 2:272) This refers to guidance of tawfeeq - placing light in the heart, enabling acceptance of the truth.
