The Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) is leading the charge in shaping a future of sustainable growth, equitable development, and enhanced civic welfare. Through visionary projects worth ₹142 crore, AUDA is redefining urban and rural landscapes, ensuring progress reaches every citizen. • Water Supply from Kadadara Water Treatment Plant under Jal Jeevan Mission: A supply of 21.65 Million Litres per Day (MLD) has been provisioned from the Kadadara WTP to ensure clean drinking water reaches underserved areas. This project aligns with the Government of India's Jal Jeevan Mission, ensuring "Har Ghar Jal". • Water Distribution Infrastructure in Daskroi Taluka: AUDA completed comprehensive water supply works, including DI pipelines and distribution networks, benefiting 12 villages in Daskroi Taluka. This project directly improves access to potable water, boosts public health, and supports agricultural sustainability in the region. • Kathwada Auditorium Hall (Audituram Hall): Constructed at a cost of ₹39.7 crore, this state-of-the-art auditorium provides a vital public infrastructure space for educational, cultural, and recreational events. It enhances civic amenities and fosters a sense of community pride. • Two Minor Bridges with a Total Span of 25 Meters: Built at a total cost of ₹13.90 crore, these bridges improve connectivity and transportation efficiency, especially in rural and semi-urban areas. Improved infrastructure supports economic mobility and reduces transit time for goods and people.
