The 2025 Big Stars & Pink Guitars event raised $1,098,250 for locals facing cancer at the Edith Sanford Breast Center in Sioux Falls. 100% of every dollar raised at the 8th annual event helped to protect and save patients' lives, close to home. Auctioning off pink, ribbon-shaped Firefly guitars signed by famous artists that perform at the Denny Sanford Premier Center is just one of the ways the event has gained its traction.
