In this documentary, I follow 이병준（Brian Lee, 李秉埈）, a Korean student who studied in London, joined an exchange program at CAFA, and then decided to take a year off to live in Jingdezhen, China’s porcelain capital. Why would someone leave a global art city like London and come to Jingdezhen? Through clay digging, kiln firing, studio practice, and conversation, this film explores Bingjun’s journey in Jingdezhen and his reasons for choosing this city to continue learning ceramics. This is not only a story about making pottery, but also about artistic direction, cultural curiosity, and the search for a place to slow down and create.
