#upperbody #flamencodancelesson #flamenco Flamenco Dance Lesson for Beginners - Chair Exercises for Upper Body - Arms and Floreada In this flamenco dance tutorial, I go over 4 exercises for the articulation of the arms, hands and wrists (braceo y floreada). These are great exercises for upper body isolation. These exercises are demonstrated in a chair without arms. They can also be done standing up and if so, my recommendation is to soften the knees while implementing these exercises. Whether seated or standing, you can do these exercises in the comfort of your home with limited space. These movement exercises are excellent for strengthening the abdominal wall, improving posture, coordination and the awareness of the use of the torso in flamenco dance. This video is for anyone wishing to improve work with the arms, floreada, posture and torso. If you have limited mobility then these exercises can prove to be quite useful and helpful. These physical exercises are also great for beginner flamenco dancers wishing to learn more about the artform. This can be used as movement therapy to increase mobility in the upper body.
