Exploring Banff, Canada! Incredible Tunnel Mountain hike 🇨🇦 Canada Vlogs

A shorter video today but this was one of my favourite days of the trip! We had free time to do what we wanted in Banff, Alberta, which was very welcome after a few days of the structured Trek America tour. We started the day with horseback riding! We went to the stables near the Fairmont Chateau, then did the one-hour Spray River trail (https://horseback.com/tours/spray-riv.... It was really cool to spot the Bow River Falls and go through the Spray River twice! I haven't ridden a horse in ages, and it was my first time riding Western style. The tour guide had loads of interesting facts to share as well. Really fun! Then we went for brunch in Banff and I had two huge pancakes with bacon and proper Canadian maple syrup. After that, I decided to climb Tunnel Mountain with Megan and Perry. This was such a good trek - it was tough going on the way up, but it was fairly short and the views were just incredible. I couldn't believe my eyes! We spotted some faraway elk from the summit as well. When we got back into Banff, we stopped for a Bevertail - what I had been waiting for and I wasn't let down - and walked to see Bow Falls from a different angle. I was exhausted by this point, so chilled in the hotel. Later, we went out for burgers at The Eddie - https://www.eddieburgerbar.ca/. It was delicious! I had a huge, great cocktail, a messy burger AND poutine. It was an expensive-but-great meal. I collapsed straight into bed when I got back - what a long but amazing day!
