How can I overcome my fear of sharing the gospel? Did you write a practice letter to a non-Christian relative? If so, what was the hardest part about writing the letter? The single biggest reason that believers don’t evangelize is... “I’m afraid.” Even the Apostle Paul was not exempt from fear in evangelism, and he asked for boldness. So, what was it about Paul that helped him overcome fear and share the gospel with boldness, even in difficult circumstances? In 1 Thessalonians 2:1-10, Paul lays out three fundamental principles we can apply to overcome fear with boldness. -------- About the Instructor: Dr. Mark Rae is the Vice President of Community Development at Grace School of Theology and the Executive Director of Grace Center for Spiritual Development. He holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degree from Grace School of Theology. He spent half of his career in sales and marketing and the other half in church and parachurch ministry as an Associate Pastor, COO of an evangelistic ministry, Executive Director of a discipleship ministry, and Lead Minister.
