In Delhi, man discusses what it is like their currently with no power, trees snapping and expectations. Drone shots of ice on power lines, a frozen river, trees iced over and high altitude shots overlooking the ice coated landscape. Ground shots of trees on homes, cars, blocking roads and littering yards. Power poles and lines snapped and electrical workers trying to repair them. On I-20 semi's spin tires trying to conquer an overpass. A truck attempting to pull another vehicle out on ice but doesn't succeed. Great Nats from car getting pulled to trees popping in the background and SOT.
