The team at Siemens Healthineers Design & User Experience created a solution that puts both patient and radiographer needs first — with an “out-of-the-way” tube, ergonomic setup, and intuitive, calming design. In the jury’s words: “A proper diagnosis and treatment can save lives, but genuine care also comes from the heart. This team took a thoughtful, user-centered approach to understanding the daily experiences of patients and staff.
