Corralejo is a vibrant holiday destination situated on the northernmost tip of Fuerteventura, one of Spain's Canary Islands. Once a traditional fishing village, it has grown into a popular tourist destination, known for its stunning beaches, lively atmosphere, great holidays and the impressive Corralejo Natural Park. Corralejo boasts a diverse range of beaches, catering to all preferences: Playa de los Verilitos: The most popular beach in the town center, offering a long stretch of golden sand and clear waters. It's known for being relatively uncrowded and provides access for windsurfers at its northern end. Playa Viejo Corralejo: A charming beach in the heart of the old town, featuring a shallow lagoon formed by rocks, ideal for relaxed wading. It's surrounded by restaurants and bars, offering a lively atmosphere. Playa Corralejo:Another town center beach with golden sand, perfect for a quick dip. Grandes Playas (Big Beaches):Located within the Corralejo Dunes Natural Park, these are extensive stretches of fine white sand bordering turquoise waters, extending for about 9 kilometers. Sections near hotels offer services like lifeguards and sunbed rentals. Playa del Pozo, Playa Alzada, Playa del Moro/Dormidero/Rosadero: These are other beautiful beaches found within the dunes, offering a mix of white sand and volcanic rock formations.
