SIDP: Growing Business with Digital Skills

Learning digital skills is helping small businesses in East Sumba grow by making it easier to promote and sell their products online. Even with challenges like limited phone access and poor internet, digital literacy is opening new opportunities, helping individuals and communities run their businesses better and improve the local economy. The Skills for Inclusive Digital Participation (SIDP) is a collaboration of Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) with the British Council, as part of the wider UK Digital Access Programme. The project is implemented in Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and Brazil, funded through the UK International Development for partnership, progress, prosperity.
