Battambang is one of Cambodia’s largest cities — but most tourists skip it. In this travel vlog, I take a spontaneous wander through the streets, parks, bridges, and riverside paths of Battambang to find out: is it worth visiting? After a £4 hostel check-in, I hit the streets for a laid-back explore featuring street food, temples with golden elephants, strange statues, a burning bin (of course), and what might be the cleanest riverside I’ve seen in Cambodia. From the quiet vibe to the cycle paths, there’s something refreshingly real about this place. 📍 Highlights in this video: – Sangkae River walk and sunset spots – Wandering across three bridges and spotting local life – Strange temples and snake-women statues – Fire pits and fountains… with no water – Discovering Cambodia’s first cycle path (for me anyway!)
