ここは紛れもなく、激甚災害の被災地です。大沢地区で目指すべきなのは、復旧ではなく、復興です。山形県酒田市八幡地域 大沢地区で2024年7月28日撮影の映像。 ▼豪雨災害の被害状況・復興状況 動画リスト    • 豪雨災害   ▼酒田市 災害ボランティアセンター・ボランティア申し込みページ https://sakata-shakyo.or.jp/participa... 大沢地区の中でも特に家屋に大きな被害があった、山添自治会の吉野沢と、青沢自治会の小屋渕のあたりを撮影し、被災された住民の方にお話を伺いました。吉野沢では、大沢保全会の相蘇 弥会長や、大沢コミュニティ振興会の後藤正一会長が大きな被害に遭いました。正一さんは、豪雨当日は首まで水に浸かって、「死ぬがど思ったけど、生ぎっだ」と。床上１メートル以上の浸水で、蔵は流され、軽トラックやトラックも流された状況。相蘇 弥さんの家は数多くの流木で、庭や１階部分がめちゃくちゃな状態。 古升田から常禅寺への道路は、古升田の神社前で山崩れと道路の崩落で車は通行できない状態です。 二タ子から泥沢への道路は、二タ子沢北の入口にて道路が崩落、山崩れなどで通行できない状態。二タ子から六助の橋も、橋手前の道路が崩落しており通行不可。 その後、中台まで車で行って、青沢まで歩いて向かいました。青沢の小屋渕では、土砂や石が２メートルほど積もった状態になっており、言葉を失うほどの災害状況。入れない状況の家も。青沢克雪センターには青沢住民の皆さんが集まっており、「あど、笑うしかない！」と笑いながら話す姿も。皆さん、まずは元気そうで、いがったです。 また、観音寺地区の美容室・SUNNY Hair Designさんにお友達などから寄せられた救援物資を、大沢コミセンや周りの集落の人に届けてきました。大沢コミセンでは、賞味期限の短い物よりも、缶詰やお菓子類など、常温で長く保存できるものの方が必要だとのことです。 大沢住民にお話を伺うと、特に電気がつかないことと（発電機のガソリンが足りないこと）、電波が通じないことが困っています。大沢コミセンには、auやdocomoの移動基地局の設置も進められておりました。コミセンの周り半径１キロぐらいは電波が受信できる状態になっていきそうです。 酒田市での災害ボランティアも7/30から活動開始。 https://sakata-shakyo.or.jp/info/info... ボランティア募集が始まりましたので、上記ページよりご確認をお願いしたいです！！ #災害 #豪雨 #被害 #酒田 #山形 ---------------- #heavyrain #northjapan #flood #landslides #sakatacity #yamagata This is undeniably the site of a severe natural disaster. I filmed the areas of Kichinosawa in the Yamazoe neighborhood and Koybuchi in the Aosawa neighborhood, which suffered particularly severe house damage in the Osawa district, and interviewed the affected residents. In Kichinosawa, Mr. MR. Wataru Aiso, the chairman of the Osawa Preservation Association, and Mr. Shoichi Goto, the chairman of the Osawa Community Development Association, suffered significant damage. Mr. Shoichi said that on the day of the heavy rain, he was submerged up to his neck and thought he was going to die. With more than a meter of flooding, his storehouse was swept away, and his light truck and truck were also washed away. Mr. Wataru Aiso's house was surrounded by numerous driftwood, and his garden and first floor were in complete disarray. The road from Furumasuda to Jozenji is impassable by car due to a landslide and road collapse in front of the Furumasuda shrine. The road from Futago to Dorosawa is impassable due to a road collapse and landslide at the entrance of Kitazawa. The bridge from Futago to Rokusuke is also impassable due to a road collapse just before the bridge. After that, I went to Nakadai by car and walked to Aosawa. In Koyabuchu of Aosawa, there was about 2 meters of mud and stones, and the disaster situation was so severe that I was speechless. Some houses were inaccessible. Residents of Aosawa gathered at the Aosawa Community Center and said with a laugh, "There's nothing we can do but laugh now!" It was good to see that everyone seemed to be in good spirits. Also, I delivered relief goods sent by friends and others to the Osawa Community Center and surrounding neighborhoods from SUNNY Hair Design, a beauty salon in the Kannonji district. At the Osawa Community Center, they said that they need canned goods and snacks, which can be stored at room temperature for a long time, rather than items with short expiration dates.
