And they're even Korean dishes! I cooked crab stew, and shrimp and chive pancake, which many people say are hard to cook! I hope you try to follow my recipe :) I wish you happy holidays, and have a great day with your dear family Spicy kimchi buckwheat noodles 1. Add 2 tbsp of chili paste, 4 tbsp of vinegar, 3 tbsp of sugar, powdered sesame seeds and salt, and mix them 2. Cut kimchi into small pieces and mix it with the sauce 3. Prepare cucumber and boiled egg to use as garnish 4. Boil the buckwheat noodles (100g is good for 1 person. I'll cook 200g for 2 people) 5. Boil the noodles for 5 minutes 6. After boiling the noodles, wash them in cold water 7. Put the noodles in the sauce and mix them 8. Lastly, add sesame oil for extra umami 9. Add the cucumber and egg as garnish on top, and it's ready to be served! 🦀 Crab Soup 1. Wash the crab with running water and use a scrubber or a toothbrush to remove any dirt from the body 2. Clean the crab by cutting off unnecessary parts 3. Cut the radish(for deep flavor of the soup) into large pieces and put them in the pot 4. Chop a generous amount of red pepper, Cheongyang pepper, and green onion 5. Place the crabs one by one on top of the radish 6. Mix 6 tablespoons of soybean paste and 2 and a half tablespoons of red pepper paste with water 7. Add enough water to cover the crabs and add the sliced vegetables 8. Add 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder 9. Gather the flesh inside the crab shells into one and place it on the top 10. Close the pot and boil (I boiled it for 30 minutes) 🍤 Shrimp and Chive Pancake 1. Thaw the frozen shrimp in water 2. Chop the red pepper, Cheongyang pepper, chives, and green onion into bite-sized pieces 3. Chop the thawed shrimp into small pieces 4. Add the prepared vegetables and thawed shrimp to 500ml of water 5. Add 6 spoons of pancake powder and 9 full spoons of frying powder and mix with a big spoon 6. Lastly, add 2 tablespoons of tuna fish sauce and swirl the Yondu sauce and mix 7. Spray the cooking oil on the frying pan, put a small amount, top with red pepper and shrimps, fry until crispy and it's done!
