Marc Goodfellow goals - 2000 - 2003 'Freezer' came through the youth ranks at Stoke. He made a spectacular debut in September 2000, coming off the bench to grab an 86th minute winner against Charlton Athletic in the League Cup. He mainly found himself deployed on the left wing and scored five goals in 29 appearances during our 2001/02 promotion season. In an August 2003 friendly he scored twice in a 3-1 win over Manchester United but later found his first team opportunities limited under Tony Pulis. He completed a £50,000 move to Bristol City in January 2004. He'd go on to play for over a dozen different clubs, including a loan spell at Port Vale. More successful stints came at Burton Albion (11 goals in 71 games) and Gresley Rovers (27 goals in 66 games).
