IgA Vasculitis, commonly referred to as Henoch-Schonlein Purpura. It is characterized by a palpable petechial and purpuric rash that occurs in combination with joint, intestinal, and/or kidney disease. IgA vasculitis typically occurs following an upper respiratory tract infection and begins with a low-grade fever and constitutionals symptoms. The classic clinical manifestations may develop acutely or insidiously over the course of days to weeks.
