Faridabad murder: Nikita Tomar's Family Stages Protest, Demands Stringent Action Against Accused

A 21-year-old student named Nikita Tomar was shot dead outside Aggarwal College in Ballabgarh, Faridabad. Angry over the incident, a group of protesters broke into a shop in Faridabad on Tuesday and created a ruckus. The police present on the spot managed to pacify the protesters following which they staged a demonstration and blocked the road. The woman's family is also part of the dharna. Also, demonstrations are also being held outside the woman’s college with her friends demanding stringent punishment to the accused. The incident took place during a failed abduction attempt that was caught on camera. The victim had earlier filed a complaint of molestation and harassment against Taufeeq, who is now accused of her murder.
