Can a QuattroVelo be quicker than a 50cc scooter?

First of all: Wanted to test DashWare on this one, so I rough edit... you can play your own music :-) Answer: Yes, it can. However, in order to do so with ~20 kg of luggage, you need a lot of energy and straight, dry or slightly wet, empty road. I had just left a customer (Gorinchem) when I got to a traffic light and saw this scooter waiting. Didn't want to try to keep up accelerating as I had about 70 km ahead of me, and a total weight of about 155 kg. The wind was not particularly convenient on this section, the flat part of road (after I passed the scooter) is about north west by north, the wind was west north west this day. Also, my GPS clearly has a hard time accurately positioning me so the speed and altitude both go up and down a little. The scooter was travelling at 49~50 kph on the flats, I wanted to see if I could maintain 55 all the way to Leerdam.
